1. Reservation Confirmation:
Reservations are considered confirmed upon successful submission of the online reservation form and, if applicable, advance payment. A reservation confirmation will be sent to the contact information provided.
2. Iftar Timing and Arrival:
Reservations are specifically for Iftar. Guests are requested to arrive at the restaurant 10 minutes prior to 1800hrs (6:00 PM). This will facilitate efficient guest seating and allow for any final special requests to be addressed before the Iftar hour.
3. Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations must be made at least 12 hours prior to the scheduled Iftar time. Cancellations made after 1200hrs (12:00 PM) on the day of the Iftar will incur a 10% cancellation fee of the total reservation amount.
4. Pricing and Payment:
All prices are in Maldivian Rufiyaa (MVR). Published menu rates include a 10% service charge and 8% GST. Please note that rates displayed in the reservation system exclude these charges, which will be added at the time of billing or reservation. Children under 10 years of age receive a 20% discount. Children 10 years and older will be charged the full adult price. Full payment of the Iftar meal is required upon arrival at the venue, prior to seating.(for our published menu rates click here)
5. Special Requests and Allergies:
All special requests (e.g., dietary restrictions, seating preferences) and allergy information must be communicated at the time of reservation.
6. Customer Queries and Contact:
All customer queries should be directed to customer care at 721 1717. For escalation to a manager, please contact 730 1005.
7. Indemnification and Liability:
By agreeing to these terms and conditions, the customer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the restaurant, its employees, and the company from any damages or future litigation. The restaurant's liability will be limited to the equivalent of the menu rate.
8. Property and Damages:
Guests will be held responsible for any damages to restaurant property, including silverware and tableware. Damages will be charged at the replacement cost of the equipment.
9. Force Majeure:
The restaurant shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations due to events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, or government regulations.
10. Amendments:
The restaurant reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
11. Governing Law:
These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Maldives.
12. Entire Agreement:
These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between the customer and the restaurant concerning the reservation.
13. Acceptance:
By submitting a reservation, the customer acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
